I 95% set on the building plan, and the program for these areas, so I have them up for comments. Presently reworking the lower plaza definition via "Urban Trees" and the upper level real landscaping.
Need to complete third level, and fourth level of Gallery Tower.

I think the second floor building plan posted goes along way to very clearly highlight the stark contrast between the "arm" that extends from the building and the open space around it, and the boldness of that move. It reads great and looks great, and really grabs your attention and makes me curious about the design as a whole. That's working well for you.
I agree! Your idea is coming across really strongly, especially in the first perspective. Its really interesting.
